Research conducted in one of the high schools in Bantul district aims to identify the database that can be used to develop the School Information System (SIS). The results of the study can also be used to make recommendations for schools about the benefits of building SIS, Intranet and Internet systems. Data collected from interviews and documentation. Evaluative analysis is used to produce research results and descriptive analysis is used to formulate recommendations to be extended to school schools. The data obtained from the analysis and discussion bring conclusions and recommendations, namely the database structure used to develop SIS. The database can be categorized into specific data and information about institutions, curriculum, school infrastructure, teachers, instruction, grades, students, the process of receiving new students, alumni, school libraries, workers, and school monetary. Teachers, students, state officials and the public can access data and information stored in SIS. Schools may be expected to build SIS, intranet, and internet.
